Material Characteristics:

• Body: Made of extruded primary aluminium EN AW-6060 and die-cast EN AB-47100, materials known for their high resistance to oxidation.
• Finishing: Tumbling process for optimal preparation for the painting phase.
• Screws: A4 stainless steel with high molybdenum content (2.5-3%), for greater corrosion resistance.
• Seals: Annealed silicone to ensure a hermetic seal against external agents.
• Painting: Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:
  1. BONDERITE Treatment: Chemical protection with metal-free fluozirconium, containing ceramic nanoparticles that form a cohesive, inorganic and high-density layer.
  2. Pre-polymerization: Application of epoxy primer with high resistance to oxidation, enriched with zinc to ensure overpaintable.
  3. Polymerization: Application of UV and weather resistant polyester powder, with resistance tested in salt spray for 1500 hours.

Mechanical resistance:
Tempered glass with mechanical resistance classified IK06, which offers protection against moderate impacts and shocks.

Lighting Performance:

• Optical Reflector: Made of 99.98% pure aluminum, turned, anodized and polished to maximize light reflection.
• Diffuser: Opalized and dotted tempered glass, which diffuses the light evenly and reduces glare.
• Lamp position: Fixed, with 6% light output.

Installation and Maintenance:

• Ease of installation: Predisposition of the polypropylene formwork, which facilitates wiring and protects the device during the construction of the wall.
• Reinforced structure: Plastic supports reinforce the structure in the middle, preventing crushing during concrete pouring.
• Glass protection: The diffuser glass is siliconed directly onto the closing mask, positioned so as to be protected against accidental impacts and vandalism.
• Closing mask: Covers the edge of the formwork and hides any imperfections in the masonry.
