Material Characteristics:

• Structure: Made of polycarbonate to ensure lightness and resistance.
• Front plate: AISI 316L stainless steel with a thickness of 3 mm, known for its resistance to corrosion, especially in marine or industrial environments.
• Counter ring: Zinc alloy, robust and resistant to external agents.
• Processing: Tumbling for preparation for painting, improving paint adhesion and durability.

  3. Polymerization: Application of UV and weather resistant polyester powder, tested for 1500 hours in salt spray.

Glass with mechanical resistance classified IK09, capable of withstanding significant shocks and impacts.
