Eurostar smoke evacuation systems represent a highly professional and versatile solution for thermal and heating systems. These products are made of AISI 316 stainless steel with silicone gasket, guaranteeing high performance, resistance and safety.

Since 2006, the Eurostar line has been CE marked in compliance with EU Regulation no. 305/2011 and the UNI EN 1856/1 and UNI EN 1856/2 standards.

Main features:

• Material: High quality AISI 316 stainless steel, also available with satin external finishes (AISI 316 L BA) and painting options in any RAL colour.
• Wide range of diameters: Available in various standard diameters and, on request, up to Ø 700 mm.
• Thermal resistance:
  • Up to 200°C with gasket.
  • Up to 600°C without gasket.
• Compatibility: Ideal for residential, commercial and industrial smoke extraction systems.

In detail:

1. MI Series:

   • 5/10 mm steel thickness for greater lightness and flexibility of use.
   • Silicone gasket included in the price and mounted up to Ø 160 mm.

2. MM Series:

   • Steel thickness 8/10 mm (+40% on the list price), for applications requiring greater strength and resistance.

3. Customization options:

   • RAL painting: 50% increase on the list price up to Ø 300 mm (for larger diameters it is necessary to request a specific quote).
   • Satin finish: For a more elegant and refined design.

4. Silicone gasket:

   • Included and fitted as standard up to Ø 160 mm (except MA series).
   • For temperatures above 180°C or in the absence of a gasket, a specific configuration is recommended.
