Material Characteristics:

• Body: Made of "Copper Free" EN AB-44100 primary aluminium die-casting, known for its high resistance to oxidation.
• Front ring: 2mm thick aluminum finish, sturdy and weather resistant.
• Screws: A4 stainless steel with high molybdenum content (2.5-3%), which offers superior protection against corrosion.
• Seals: Annealed silicone to ensure a tight seal against dust and water.
• Painting: Extra-resistant double painting carried out in 3 phases:
  1. BONDERITE Treatment: Chemical protection with metal-free fluozirconium, containing ceramic nanoparticles that create a cohesive, inorganic and high-density layer.
  2. Pre-polymerization: Application of epoxy primer with high resistance to oxidation, thanks to the presence of zinc.
  3. Polymerization: Application of UV and weather resistant polyester powder, tested for 1500 hours in salt spray.

Mechanical resistance:
Tempered acid-etched glass with a thickness of 8 mm, classified IK09, capable of supporting a maximum load of 1000 kg.

Lighting Performance:

• Protective glass: 8 mm tempered acid-etched glass, which ensures optimal protection of the light source.
• Luminous efficiency: 68% with light source positioned in a tilting manner ±15°, allowing adjustment of the illumination angle.
• Surface temperature: Low glass temperature, with a maximum of 90°C (at Ta 15°C), ensuring safety on contact.

Formwork for Installation and Maintenance:

• Material: Made of polypropylene, prepared for cable entry, facilitates wiring and protects the appliance during installation.
• Ease of maintenance: The housing allows easy access for maintenance, including removal of the fixture and replacement of the lamp without having to completely extract the unit.

Wiring:

• Supplied with a section of H07RN-F type power cable, closed by a PG 13.5 cable gland (Ø 6÷12 mm), sealed with two-component epoxy resin.
• Internal cables: Covered with protective silicone sheaths.
• Lamp change: Possible from the front without having to completely remove the appliance.
