IDOLA S HYBRID C mounts a heat pump for heating/cooling only, delegating the production of domestic hot water instantly to the boiler

The IDOLA S HYBRID C 3.2 hybrid heat pumps integrate the technology of the ecological R32 heat pump and the condensing boiler with instantaneous domestic hot water production in a single compact product.

The ecological gas R32 manages to marry high efficiency with a reduced environmental impact. Thanks to its GWP of 675, about a third compared to the GWP of R410a, it helps reduce equivalent emissions of CO2, the main causes of global warming.

The Lamborghini CaloreClima Hybrid systems represent the ideal solution for replacing old generators, even on high-temperature systems with radiators, thanks to the integration of the boiler.

The compact dimensions similar to those of a wall-mounted boiler make it easy to replace without significant loss of space or heavy renovation work.

The internal electronics, by activating the boiler or heat pump as the climatic conditions change, optimises the system's performance by always working in the most economical and efficient ways possible, with great advantages for the user.

The boiler will be free to produce instantaneous domestic hot water even during the heating or cooling operation of the heat pump, maximizing comfort levels. Furthermore, in the unlikely event that the heat pump is blocked, the boiler will be able to operate autonomously in backup, ensuring heating and domestic hot water.

The system consists of an external Full Inverter DC unit, available in 4 power sizes, associated with an internal hybrid and condensing unit with integrated hydronic module, complete with Inverter DC pump for managing the refrigeration circuit. The system is extremely versatile, able to work in harsh climatic conditions up to -20°C outside and avoids the risk of freezing thanks to the split refrigeration circuit.

OUTDOOR UNIT FEATURES:

• Approved for outdoor operation in a completely uncovered place
• Powered by ecological R32 gas with low environmental impact
• Low starting current and noise thanks to Full Inverter technology
• Compressor with twin rotary type DC INVERTER motor on anti-vibration supports and wrapped in a double layer of sound-absorbing material to reduce vibrations and noise to a minimum
• Axial fans with brushless DC motor complete with protective grilles
• External air temperature probe already installed on the unit.

INTERNAL UNIT FEATURES:

• Robust and also suitable for replacements in particularly critical systems
• Combustion module with 1:10 modulation and high thickness stainless steel exchanger with increased passages capable of maintaining high efficiency even on old systems with oxidation and dirt
• Supplied as standard with system flow and return angle valves (with inspectable filter)
• MGR : Methane, LPG, Propane air Ready, with a simple configuration of the internal unit it is able to operate on methane, LPG and propane air without the use of additional kits
• MC2: Multi Combustion Control, combustion system with patented gas-adaptive technology for better adaptability of use to changing gas network conditions (e.g. fluctuations or reduced pressures)
• FPS : Smoke Protection System. The standard smoke clapet valve allows easy connection to collective pressurized smoke systems.
• Particularly suitable for operation in flues that require “heavy” piping thanks to the approval for operation with 50mm diameter flue pipes
• Installation location: also for outdoor use in a partially protected place up to -5°C as standard.

THE CONTROL SYSTEM

• The Interface is equipped with Capsense technology with a 2.8” graphic display, which allows the user to interact with the product in a simple and practical way. The interface on the machine communicates easily with the new intelligent Connect CRP systems, which can manage up to 8 thermostats (including 7 Connect CRP Zones) divided into 2 zones, one direct and one mixed.
• MODBUS PROTOCOL for intelligent management via any external BMS
• HEATING AND COOLING with Ferroli Full Inverter modulation that allows the setting of climate curves to improve consumption and user comfort.

• REMOTE CONTROL VIA APP. Optional with Connect CRP, available for iOS and Android
• SILENT PDC MODE. Reduces the maximum compressor frequency and fan speed, thus significantly reducing noise.
• ON/OFF and SUMMER/WINTER from external contacts. The unit can be activated and deactivated via an external contact, also receiving the summer/winter switching signals (for example from the zone thermostat). The operation will follow the controller settings
• ECO. Dedicated setpoint for “Eco” operation. Can be set with daily time slot
• WEEKLY TIME PROGRAMMING. The Connect CRP (optional) allows for differentiated time programming for each day of the week, defining the mode (COLD/HOT/DHW) and the working setpoints for each band.
