Type: The Microtechnospot XQT12 is a high precision floodlight, ideal for outdoor lighting in environments requiring high resistance and performance. With an IP65 protection rating, it is perfect for applications in spaces exposed to atmospheric agents.

Material Characteristics:

• Body: Made of EN AB-47100 die-cast aluminum , known for its excellent resistance to oxidation, ensuring long life even in aggressive environments.
• Surface Treatments:
  • Tumbling: For optimal preparation for painting.
  • Extra-resistant double varnishing: Three-step process:
    1. Bonderite: Chemical protection with a high-density inorganic layer free of heavy metals, reinforced with ceramic nanoparticles.
    2. Pre-Polymerization: Epoxy primer for high resistance to oxidation thanks to the presence of zinc.
    3. Polymerization: Polyester powder coating with high resistance to UV rays and atmospheric agents, certified for 1500h of resistance to salt spray.
• Screws: In A4 stainless steel with high molybdenum content (2.5-3%) for greater corrosion resistance.
• Seals: Made of annealed silicone, to ensure a hermetic seal against dust and humidity.
• Protective Glass: 4 mm thick front glass with IK06 certified mechanical resistance, for optimal protection against impacts and damage.

Lighting Performance:

• Optical Reflector: Made of 99.98% pure aluminum, precision machined to ensure high light output, anodized and polished to improve efficiency.
• Efficiency: The efficiency of the optical system is 38% , offering precise and controlled illumination.

Installation and Maintenance:

• Ease of Access: The lamp is accessed simply by removing the front ring, making maintenance quick and easy.
• Graduated Crown: Integrated on both sides to facilitate precise positioning of the projector.
• Easy Connection: Equipped with a disconnect switch for quick and safe connection, allowing the base and wiring to be installed before positioning the projector.
• Cable gland: Provides a single entry for the power cable.
